Students services
Both Ricards Lodge High School and Rutlish School have a strong focus on support for individuals and this continues in the 6th form. All students become part of a tutor group, supported by their tutor and head of year.
You will have regular academic meetings with tutors and subject staff and participate in a tutorial programme in preparation for higher education and future employment. Establishing a good working relationship with your tutor is as vital to your success in 6th form life as it was when you started secondary education in Year 7. You will need to be open and communicative about your work and ensure you attend tutor briefings regularly.
